Games starts to lag

Hi all!
I'm playing this game called Rose Online and when I enter a map that's full of people or when there are like a few hundred tiny monsters, my game starts to lag. I don't run any other programs and i try close most of my processes. Should I change any of my parts?

Here are my specs.

ASRock B75 Pro3-M
Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3200 MHz
8GB RAM
Powercolor HD 7850 1GB
HDD: Samsung SSD 840 Series ATA Device (250GB)
SSD: Western Digital WD10EZEX-00RKKA0 ATA Device (1000GB)

you got your ssd and hdd mixed up?

nope it's not my internet. it's like when i press enter to go into chat which doesn't depend on the internet, it lags. it's video lag or whatever u call it. i dont know.

The requirement quite low and your rig is so much better than it. Think either internet/sever connections or unstable Rose game.

If I not wrong,even you use Celeron play without graphic card also can haha.
