Is warranty an issue when buying from Lazada & Rakuten?

Depends. You have to look at their claim of warranty length on site. Most of these items from Lazada are sold directly by the distributors themselves or popular SLS stores such as PC Themes and Video Pro which carries local distro stocks. Rakuten one also sold by shops in SLS. Hence you can claim warranty from distributor.

Any idea how to solve OS problem? Because the CD key that i have is an upgrade key to Windows 8.0

I bought it when Microsoft just released the OS and has a loophole during the period of sale.

From 7 to 8 and i don't have the windows 7 disc anymore. Can't install it on my new PC unless it is transferable to the new PC from my current PC

Why do you need a H97 mobo. Waste money.

Get a B85 or H81 mobo will do. Cheaper, same performance and have everything that you NEED.

I went to cooler master website and input the specs above and found out that i required only 400W so i was thinking whether 650W gold will be overkill and inefficient. Only plan to run only single GPU.
