Hi, I've been wanting to build a gaming desktop for Dota 2.
Budget would be $800~900. Probably would get it by end of Jan 2014.
I don't really have a theme in particular just wanna run Dota 2 on max settings while able to start up or run multiple programs at the same time.
Anybody have any suggestions? Greatly appreciate any help given. Thanks!

BF4 on high settings with AA on Full HD also no issue.

You can save the Window OS money by asking any of your friend if they have Window 7 or higher 64-Bit OEM OS. Invest it on a better CPU as stated.
