Both also not powerful enough , if u force max settings ur card will very hot and stress . If I only have $285 badget for gfx , I would rather buy a used 280x at $250 or gtx 770 at $300 .those card are last year high end card

Leadtek Gtx750 2gb OC @ $188.

Get Asrock cause its cheap and good. Asus is expensive.

By the way, R9 280 is 2 times more powerful than gtx750.

By the way, since you are gonna play graphic intensive game like battlefield 4 at medium setting and on a budget, might as well get the follow below.
