Recently got back into gaming and after much contemplation due to work and commitment, finally decided to upgrade my system, seeking
advice again as components are ever changing.
I am still on first gen ryzen 1600x and I play almost Dota 2 exclusively at 1440p and 144hz
Should I go for Ryzen 5600x or i5-12400F or i5-12600k? In that case which motherboard and parts are recommended? Graphics card should be getting 3060TI or higher. Any users playing Dota here? Don’t have very good experience with AMD graphics card and their drivers.
Was also considering aftershock as pricing is good but their components like using those budget brand like lexar and adata.
My current specs:
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Six-Core
Mainboard Gigabyte GA-B350-Gaming 3
Graphics Card ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Memory GSkill 16GB RGB (1 stick faulty, now left 8GB)
Storage Drive SAMSUNG EVO 850 250GB + WD 250GB SSD + 1TB WD BLUE
