Gaming keyboard usb

Hi there, iirc some gaming keyboards comes with audio port, speaker port, USB port.. Is there anybody insert their mouse usb to keyboard? Does it work well for gaming ? Tia

Using cmstorm mech. Tested the usb3 ports. As good as rear mobo port. The keyboard has it's own audio chip and drivers required. Not tested since I'm not using it.
