currently using an old asus i7-2630qm with gt540m laptop on my table.
output to 3 screens, 1 via hdmi and the other 2 using a usb displayport.

usage mainly for work (trading systems) and some programming/ data analysis. but recently quite gian to try out triple screen gaming (some racing games, f1 2014 etc). wont be playing much, maybe 3-8hrs per week.

should i get a gaming laptop? is it even able to run 3 screens?
or should i get a small form desktop, m-itx cause my desk has not much space left.
budget for laptop ard 2000, desktop ard 1300?

thanks in advance!

if you just want to leave it on your desk and not bring it anywhere just get a desktop . at least next time you can just upgrade the parts and not waste money buying another laptop when it gets old
