Hello fellow HWZ peeps! :)

I am looking to replace my laptop of 6years to one that can handle AAA games in decent graphics. This laptop will also be used for coding and photoshop/illustrator purposes.

Currently, i have shortlisted Aftershock SM-15 as a potential buy due to the price and specs that they offered. However, i heard that it is possible to get laptops with those specs at a way cheaper price.

<---- Specs that I'm looking at ---->
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ Processor (Quad Core 6th Gen)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 965M 2GB GDDR5 Graphics
RAM: 16GB DDR3L 1600MHZ (8x2)
M.2 SSD Bay: 250GB Samsung EVO 850 M.2 SSD
Hard drive: 1TB 7200RPM HGST HDD
OS: Windows 10 Home

Total Dmg: $1887
<--------------------------------------->

My budget is around $2k and if you peeps have any better recommendation feel free to let me know :)

Cheers~!

I thought this is pretty cheap. Can simply buy your own M.2 to plug in. MSI usually has 1 year international warranty.

I think it might be more expensive if i were to buy an extra 4-8gb of RAM and M.2, considering the the shipping fees and maybe the currency change. (unsure about this)

However, i would look for similar models to see if any local shops offer it Thanks bro!

unless you go US and buy, the shipping fee is not really making sense.
Think there aren't many good models on Amazon now. I bought mine during Christmas last year. Tons to choose from, and even with shipping, still S$300-500 cheaper than similar models in SG.
