CPU liquid cooler
Need wifi support (At least for now, till I shift house in a few months time, then I will be switching over to fibre)
No need for any other peripherals.

Oh yes I don't think that I would need to overclock and my budget is around 1.6k, willing to top up if needed. My needs are for playing ffxiv at max settings if possible and to play upcoming games as well :)

1.6k you might wanna consider a matx form factor.

Do take note that mitx might be small in size. With a small chassis the air flow isnt great and possible to be quite hot with you running a high end gpu.

Mitx challenge is the wire management. If done not well your rig will be hot.

And do take note that mitx in future if you wanna upgrade with add on is limited. You cant like add an extra gpu and sound card.

Total ~ $ 1609 buy at tradepac except for gpu and psu combo.
