I have used a couple of mouse pads.. I'm using the Artisan Zero XSOFT and it's my favorite mouse pad so far..

They're using an Artisan Zero.

Glsswrks is the top glass pad on the market. Its quiet and you don't need to use sleeve.

Depends on how you aim and what type of game you play. Tac shooters like CS and Valorant probably just go artisan. Overwatch and Marvel I think its better with glass because there is much more tracking, time to kill is longer and you need to adjust the aim more which is easier with less resistance coming from glass.
