Gaming rig 1k budget advice

Hi there! Need some help on choosing parts for budget rig (1k) that is future proof 3 to 5 years hopefully.

Mainly using it for playing bns/bdo + youtube +surfing net all at the same time with a 1080p monitor.
Position of pc: table

Im thinking of
Cpu: i5 4460
Mobo: no idea
SSD: 240gb
16gb ram
Gpu (unsure, tempted for 1060, but im guessing it wouldnt fit into my budget/overkill)
HDD: toshiba 1tb (cheapest I've seen)
PSU: should i be aiming for gold plate here?
Casing: unsure. But prefer black themed.
Win 10: reddit/qoo10.

should i get skylake + 950 or haswell with better gfx?

Haswell enough already. Spend more on gfx. Can mix second hand parts that are still under local warranty 1000 more than enough.

too bad RX 470 might not be that cheap
maybe have to wait and see what is the next brands selling their RX 470. TS might end up getting RX 460 pricing.

I just checked the prices of rx 480.
cheapest was $388.

in that case what would be the next level cheapest gfx you guys would recommend? (thats fits into the 1k budget, teehee)

Reviews should be out by Monday. But don't put your hopes high. It has only 43.75% of the physical assets you find on RX470. Performance (as far as DX11 titles go) WILL be falling short of GTX 950, roughly levels of HD 7850/R7-265/R7-370...

I'll probably get the 960x as mentioned by intrance if nothing else tops that.

Just saw convergent selling rx 470 @ 320. Hmm...
