The whole build looks solid. If you're using only for gaming, 2x4gb is enough. There are cheaper options for the SSD like the Crucial MX100 or some offers on Amazon.

Asus DCU2 Custom PCB, more power phases (10 to be exact), black PCB, full cover backplate..
MSI TF Reference PCB with only 6 phases, ugly brown PCB and no backplate..
key differences are here. if you're on a tight budget then MSI is the way to go

As Yureak pointed out, TP selling Asus one for 729. very good deal imo.

Let me rephrase, as a former owner of a Asus DC2 I would recommend one as it performs better than most other custom variants in terms of stability and overclockability and build quality especially MSI models this is from experience owning 3 different brands and models of GK110s

Alright will go for the S12G 650w instead, was worried since they recommend 600w for the gtx 780 so I kiasu thought just go for higher watt.

I quite like the asus design over others, I guess it's personal preference. The msi gtx 780 TF looks very nice as well though.

Is true. Is MSI voltage locked? asus is voltage locked so dont recommend if u intending to oc heavily

But build quality really cannot fight. All the screws are tightened like a ******* almost killed myself installing waterblock

thats why MSI came out with the lightning version (overclocking series) bro. with unlocked voltage for hardcore overclocker.

blue = mainstream
red = gamer
yellow = overclocking series
