Gaming Rig ~2k

Hi guys,
this is my first time building a gaming rig. Would like some advice please. Games that I play/hope to play.
Dota2, Guildwars 2, Evolve, Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare.

I would like to be able to play these games smoothly at ultra settings. Budget of ~2k including monitor, keyboard and mouse. I dont mind using a cheap keyboard and mouse. Do advise on a possible build for me please. Complete noob at this. Thanks!

Thanks for your help! btw is there much difference between the zotac gtx 970 and msi gtx 970?

Slot size. Msi offers smaller than 2 slots. Cooler, and also new twin frozr 5 technology with overall silent operation.

Different cooler design, different GPU and VRAM clock rates. GPU and VRAM clock rates can be made equal or even increased through OC though.
