Appreciate all helps I can get on listing the specs of my new rig!
Budget will be around $1500~ doesn't have to be below that price range.

Prefers:
ASUS / Gigabyte [For Motherboard & GPU *GTX 1060 6GB*]

Please kindly include these as well:

Case - Phanteks Eclipse P400 Tempered Glass Black

I guess it'll be quite tight to squeeze all that in though, but we'll see how it goes thereafter

Yes I did but it was my friend though, as I've no time for the past few days. I requested my friend to help me out for building my new PC. Told him about what I wanted too, but it's not really specific.

Why not take a look at ryzen cpu, it's good value for its price, esp if you're using your rig for both gaming and productivity, and multitasking.
