Nope, that's my 2nd rig - R9 3900X + 16GB x 2 DDR4 4000 + Nitro+ RX 6900 XT, the RX 7900 XTX is in my main rig.

Power draw also a factor, AMD card maybe cheaper but long run Nvidia save more $$ . Unless u not the one pay electric bill

Have you work out how much one will save if buying AMD instead of nvidia? You will be surprise.

See my below build and I will recommend to change the graphics card, itx case, psu to cheaper one to suit your budget.

Can cut the things i mentioned if want to drop to $1,500.

This rig has a geekbench 6 CPU score of:
single core: 2,711
multi core: 12,112

This is a better score than a 5800X3D. Hence, i prefer to just do a AM5 rig with a 7500F than upgrade an old AM4 rig with a 5800X3D. The 7500F is cheaper than buying a 5800X3D excluding MOBO.
