Gaming Rig Recommendation (1.3k budget)

Hi all, could you please recommend me a desktop set-up with a budget of 1.3k. My current rig of 7 years has died.

My use for it is for gaming. I'll be playing games like Overwatch (Fps. Gpu intensive) and World of Warcraft (Mmorpg, Cpu intensive). I don't intend to overclock it.

I'll retain my monitor, 256gb ssd, hdd, keyboard and mouse. Aesthetics is not important to me. I'm looking for the best possible parts under a 1k budget. Also, is it possible to retain the use of the Windows 7 of my previous rig?

Many thanks in advance!

overwatch. seems that alot of people are using this game as a benchmark for FPS intensive. Well according to this:

To drive a 1080p at maxed settings 60ish FPS you just need a GTX 960 which is pretty cheap. So yea you can build your rig around that.
