Just realized my ram is DD2.. Cant even find in Fuwell price list.

Was thinking if should get a new Ivy-bridge i7-3770 MSI Z77A-G43 mobo if not the slightly cheaper Haswell i7-4770 MSI H87-G43 and port over my existing 620 PSU.

Can I check if the Overclocking of Ram significantly improves the performance? etc MSI allows overclocking to 3000Mhz

But market ram already got 2100mhz.. so if mombo states can only take 1600mhz, means cant use?

Way do you need an i7???

No there won't be much of a performance increase in ram speed.

I dunno. Futureproof? Was thinking shld I downgrade the CPU & get a slightly mobo. My main application for playing games like Black Ops, Battlefield 3 at Ultra setting? and concurrently riding like 20 windows tab in backgrd? Sounds stupid but I'm a lazy surfer :o

i7 isnt futureproofing... if you like to open 20 tabs, can get 16gb of ram, although 8 should be enough. Other than that, spend all extra money onto your gpu, if you want plae bf4 at ultra with decent fps.
