Gaming rig

Hi, can anyone help me design a new mid range rig, main use will be for playing games like call of duty, total war, etc.

Budget would be around 1k, am looking at a mini ITX casing though. Is the rig MSI ITX by fuwell recommended? Costs about 840

Itx with such a budget is super tight, since itx stuff is already more expensive in the first place. Why not matx build?
