can you recommend a gaming rig with no need of OC, monitor, kb + mouse, and os.

Hope can last thru 3-4 years with a budget of 1.5k - 1.8k.
playing at 1080p max, most prob getting 23" monitor.
Will be playing games like skyrim, LoL, gta v etc.
