since 2000s.... it has been like that.

the only conclusion drawn in the 2000s and still applicable today is
1) There is a Silent Majority who roots for PAP and will not attend any PAP rallies (so empty PAP stadium)
2) There is a Vocal Minority who roots for WP and will attend any WP rallies (so full WP stadium).
