Hope my understanding so far about the NTUC-Alliance sagat is correct ....... But IF NCM sits in both NE BOD (NTUC Enterprise Board Of Directors), and NTUC CC (NTUC Central Committee), then how come NCM never highlight to the NTUC CC that such a "material and significant" piece of information was omitted in the briefing to NTUC CC by NTUC Enterprise and Income Insurance?
