Yes, Nee Soon Central as an SMC did lose to oppo SDP once but after that it is all PAP liao and is the same since Nee Soon Central was absorbed into GRC.

it is the strongest with shamugam, if no heavy weight take over him, it will be weakend but i dun see him retiring at least for 2 more GEs
