I think wp mistake is go for tampines, tampines nearby area alot new cirizen, they choose live these area because near changi business park.

Nee Soon GRC is one of PAP's stronghold.
Although Nee Soon Central used to be SDP's playground for 10yrs before Ong Ah Heng re-captured it back from SDP cos SDP was completely lacklustre in town council management.

Parliament dissolved should not be the end point. The end point should be the time when the replacement MP is confirm elected aka after polling day.

Parliament dissolved can be the end point because technically when parliament is dissolved, there is no government until a new goverment and the Members of Parliament are elected. During dissolution of parliament, the candidates are focused on campaigning in their respective wards and they are at that moment, not the elected representatives of any constituency until the polling results are out
