And do everything to help us.
True or not?
An old uncle drinking beer at the coffeeshop near my home once compared them to 天庭里的神仙. Every time we 烧香拜拜 to them we dunno if they heard us.

Then once every 5 years they will 下凡 and say things like before we 成仙 we were struggling like you, so we understand how you feel...

honestly i dun understand why tanjong pagar need to hide

Because:

"Ms Indranee Rajah will move to helm the Pasir Ris-Changi GRC slate, while East Coast GRC's Dr Mohamad Maliki Osman announced his retirement from politics."

They won't underestimate PSP. PSP quite strong in GE2020 in TP.

You see last time emperor leave palace to see people in secret. How he know the people need help? He did it by visiting brothels and food restaurant. From there talk to zehzeh and brudder to know what is the problem

CCS will still anchor Tanjong Pagar GRC with the addition of Rachel Ong from Telok Blangah lah and no Indranee Rajah

But opposition most probably will be Lim Tean and his PAR members..

Punggol - HSK or TCH
East Coast - ET.
Tanjong Pagar - CCS.

CCS - No reason to move him.
ET - Obvious reason to move out HSK.
HSK - My guess is he will step down due to health reason.
TCH - where else ?

Dun think it require any robot scientist to figure it out.

TCH will go punggol and hsk to east coast

CCS to tampines

Leaving WP to put their new A team to target TSL at MP.
TCH still running? he do what one... only remember him defending salary hike, and leading ownself check ownself investigation

HSK and TCH whereabouts tmr will be interesting though , either they both retire from politics or go anchor Punggol and East Coast like what ppl speculated

Jurong - West Coast GRC very interesting , I find Desmond Lee too weak and low profile to be the anchor minister for a GRC that is fighting against TCB, LMW , Hazel Poa...Taman Jurong might be Tharman stronghold previously but now no Tharman liao, why PAP still so confident Desmond Lee can survive this GE ?

Any highlight on TEO Chee Hean 5 years political career?

Edit

Highlights of Teo Chee Hean’s Political Career (2019–2024)

Since stepping down as Deputy Prime Minister in 2019, Teo Chee Hean (now 69 years old) has remained a key figure in Singapore’s government, taking on critical advisory and oversight roles. Here are the key highlights of his last five years:

1. Senior Minister & Coordinating Minister for National Security (2019–Present)

  • Advisory Role: As Senior Minister, he advises the PM on strategic issues, including national security, foreign relations, and climate change.
  • National Security Coordination: Oversees inter-agency efforts on counter-terrorism, cybersecurity, and crisis management.
  • Key Contributions:
    • Led Singapore’s COVID-19 crisis coordination (e.g., border controls, contact tracing).
    • Spearheaded climate resilience policies, including the Singapore Green Plan 2030.

2. Chairman of the Public Service Commission (PSC) (2021–Present)

  • Role: Oversees top civil service appointments, ensuring meritocracy in leadership selection.
  • Reforms: Modernized recruitment to attract diverse talent (e.g., mid-career hires, tech experts).

3. Anchor MP for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC (Since 2001)

  • GE2020: Led his team to win 64.15% of votes against the Singapore Democratic Alliance (SDA).
  • Key Initiatives:
    • Upgraded Punggol Digital District (smart city projects).
    • Expanded eldercare and youth programs in Pasir Ris.

4. Key Diplomatic & Defence Roles

  • Defence & Foreign Relations:
    • Advised on Singapore-US defence ties (e.g., F-35 fighter jet acquisitions).
    • Represented Singapore at ASEAN summits on regional security.
  • China-Singapore Relations: Played a role in maintaining strong ties post-COVID.

5. Leadership in 4G Transition

  • Mentored younger ministers (e.g., Chee Hong Tat, Desmond Tan) in governance and policy.
  • Supported PM succession plan (Lawrence Wong’s appointment as PM-designate in 2022).

Why He Hasn’t Fully Retired

Unlike peers (e.g., Ng Eng Hen, Khaw Boon Wan), Teo remains active because:
  1. Institutional Knowledge: Critical for national security and civil service stability.
  2. Diplomatic Continuity: Trusted by global leaders.
  3. 4G Leadership Buffer: Helps transition until Wong’s team is fully settled.

What’s Next?

  • May step down after GE2025 (likely his last election).
  • Could take on emeritus advisory roles (like Goh Chok Tong).

Key Takeaway:

Teo’s post-2019 career focuses on stability, mentorship, and long-term policy—less on frontline politics but still pivotal behind the scenes.
Would you like a comparison with other senior ministers like Tharman?

Desmond confident?

His body language already show that he is lacking it now...
