Actually the last time opposition manage to turn over a PAP SMC was when LTK did it in 1991.

Gahment probably know the voting demographics of the few areas that are allowed to be SMC.

I think it is a good strategy....
Minimise losses. At least get 1 seat in parliament.

LMW and HP can proof their results via this GE.
Whether or not they can win a seat.
TCB will lead a team of younger PSP candidates and see if they can win this GE. I dont think TCB is gonna go for an SMC... if he wins dont think he cant manage a new town council on his own... he needs a team of young ones to help him...

A, cutting other expenditure,like SDP 2010 GE proposes cutting 40 % defense budget to support their new health policy.

b raise revenue, like GST ,income tax etc
c. Dip into trillion dollar reserve.

i confirm PSP has not mentioned any sources of billions dollar policy, the only time they mention dollar at education portion,
