Ballot boxes sealed after polls closed

At polling stations across the island, election officials were seen sealing ballot boxes after voting hours ended.

At Serangoon Community Club, presiding officers were seen placing ballot boxes into plastic bags.

Election officials were also seen packing the ballot boxes at the Housing Board pavilion at Block 208 Woodleigh Link and the void deck of Block 608 Clementi West Street 1 at 8.10pm.
