Housing is a zero-sum game.

If you own a residential property, you want prices to be high. If you are a first-time buyer, you want prices to be low.

Just vote accordingly.

Grants take care of it.... Nowadays grants really high... I mentioned dfew years ago... No way they can push the price down, keep giving grants will make all happy.

Those not happy are the ones that are single or wanted something beyond their budget..

All these "opposition" exist to oppose PAP only. No proper platform. Don't even know how much different they are from PAP either.
Plus the fact is PAP represents wishes of majority of SG anyway.
Low income taxes. No capital gains tax. No investment income tax.
Jobs first. Money first.
Property ownership over rentals.
Efficient government.
Good infrastructure
Cheap local food.
Strong SGD to travel

Nothing much to offer which PAP don't.

Opposition should stop calling themselves opposition or be allowed to be called opposition. Unite under another party to be alternative to PAP offer same policies but with better candidates.

Clearly WP SDP SMLJP all cannot.

I think lately also the salary of Minister and MP is too little to attract really good people to politics. Easier to just trade stocks invest in property get finance job earn more money maybe even tax free.

later MIW enforce the rule that you cant bring in groceries from jb. By rite now anything > 100 or wat have to pay GST.. If they enforce this gao gao, i tink TS can go batam for groceries liao
