This will be his last time contesting. If he failed to get into the parliament, it is best for him to step down and groom new blood. There is no point to continue after so many years if the voters continue to reject him no matter where he goes to.

Megalomaniac Chee will never do that. He has messiah complex. He probably thinks that his party cannot survive without him. He has been leading SDP for 30+ years already and SDP has not won a single seat since then, so maybe the problem is with Megalomaniac Chee's "leadership". It is a waste that Paul Tambyah chose to join a mosquito party like SDP. He should be joining WP. Perhaps if he contested in Bukit Panjang SMC under the WP banner, he might have a better chance of winning.
