GE2025: Don't treat Singaporeans like beggars: PAR's Michael Fang

Singaporeans should not have to depend on giveaways like beggars, said People's Alliance for Reform (PAR) candidate for Yio Chu Kang SMC Michael Fang on Saturday (Apr 26).

He was speaking at a PAR #GE2025 rally for Jalan Besar GRC at Northlight School. #Singapore #singaporenews

Dr Fang may look like a siao lang but passion cannot be faked. You can see that in his eyes, body language and gestures. Conversely, that Yip is like a lukewarm water neither hot nor cold, just bland yes man regurgitating what his party is doing.

Saw Yip few times, but more like those typical wayang house visits at night. Day time only once, saw him alone wearing super dark shades walking very fast here and there, I think he is surveying the estate but same time scared kena recognised like a petrified mouse running around LOL.

Past 5 yrs, its quite fair to say there are several improvement works, enhancements, public facilities & reworks etc witnessed in this small neighbourhood, and his existence was actually felt as compared to the previous "invisible" MP

i lurked around following neighbourhoods' news/updates/events, probably due to his younger team together with the area's PA, i think they have been doing pretty well with all the posters promoting weekly/monthly engaging events, activities, update/upgrades etc as well as on marketing/social medas PR
i do somehow agree Mr Yip give abit of those civil servant/SAFs' wayang show vibes :s13:
but there's no doubt works are being done at least (although there a few which i personally felt a waste of money, reworks after reworks etc)

For parliaments' contributions (which i personally dont really follow closely), his name popped up quite oftenly in parliament news/bill (https://www.google.com/search?q=Yip+Hon+Weng+parliament&tbm=nws)

Lastly onto efforts for this GE, i think its quite obvious on the imbalance of power & resources between the parties :s13:
Based on my doorcam, the white kakias appeared on 2 occasions distributing materials and Mr Yip once doing door-to-door visit run.
Michael, zero, nothing :o

Personally, im satisfied with the constituency performance, but unhappy with several policies & national concerns under current majority ruling party :frown:

Mr yip came to my place yesterday and I spoke with him some issues that I felt strongly about. At least he took the time to listen!
