I was prompted by the gear app to do an update for my Non LTE S3.

Is there a log on whats the update about?

I have updated to that version. Apparently now there is another update. Do check you Gear app. It's prompting me to update again.

I see.. perhaps it fixes the battery drain issue? You press download then can see changelog liao..

Edit: only gear plugin update.. before jan 2018, we should see a new update for gear s3 to fix battery issue..

samsung already rolled out fix for the battery issue, but only for certain country as for now.

I'm trying to add a credit card into the Samsung pay for my gear s3 and getting gear not responding, try again.
Bought my gear s3 from Malaysia though. Any problem adding Singapore credit card?

It didn't fix the problem for me.. battery still get overheated.. and it will discharge while charging.. pui...
