Geekbench score drop

I'm currently using a 17 inch MAcbook Pro 2011 2.2Ghz with 8gb ram and 256gb Samsung 830 SSD.
When my mac was just bought, geekbench score was around 10000+
Recently, I've just set up a dual monitor to run with my mac and installed windows through bootcamp.
And my geekbench score has dramatically reduced to 7000+.

Is this normal?

Would really appreciate any help on this.

Are you running geekbench through OSX or Windows???
Anyway, unless you run geekbench in 64bit mode, you will not get the real score which is what I suspect here.
