My cost is 1.77 whjch translates to a 6% yield

Nice performance by Keppel DC and Mapletree Industrial recently.....data centres are one of the current favourites.

With a rights issue, because more shares are issued to the market, the stock price is diluted.

Why 3 out of 4, you buy at the lowest point? Any tip to share on how to find the lowest point?
I can only tell end of downtrend or uptrend, then buy on the next day.

Aiyah. Not true lah. When they raise a rights issue, they usually do it cos they want to acquire something. And they have to acquire something which is accretive. That's good for all shareholders except for the ones who do not subscribe for the rights.

As far as I m concerned, the faster they expand, the better. The data centre market is hot now.
