Usually 20, 50 100, 200. 200 is accurate for long term TA, seldom people use 250.

Haha, usually 200 is enough. For me, I usually use 20,50,100.
How to use 200? Above SMA 200 is good, up trend. Below SM200 is downtrend. So if you see any stock move up and touch SMA200, likely will break above it mean huat liao.
Those that are above SMA200, the further away the better.
Analysists also like to use SMA200.

I only know one guy @opy in Investing Note, he like to share weekly chart including SMA200 but recently he stop haha. Blogger usually share FA more than TA, cos TA is difficult to express in wording. Vlogger easier.
Actually you can do it yourself, very easy. You can use yahoo finance, any brokage app or others.

First of all, it does not matter if you are using POEMS, Vickers UOB-KH or any other securities firm.

Second, the REIT has been privatised. So you will receive a payment of $0.55 per unit on 12 Apr 2021.

How will you receive the money? The same way you are receiving dividends and distributions from CDP currently (probably the above-mentioned linked DBS account)

I've received $6,994.78 despite my holdings of 13,000 shares of soilbuild. Am i missing out on anything cos shouldn't I be getting 13,000 x $0.55 = $7150?

Yea, that's why must diamond hands. You can't time the market so just buy and hold.

When situation like this, I always ask myself "if I sell now, can i buy back at my initial price?" If can't, just hold it.
