Hmm I just collecting FCT now. Happy with the full take over of hougang mall and white sands. Heartland malls will always have people.

I really doubt data centers. Every technology progress jump, they can do much more with less power and less space. Go check out NVIDIA and AMD DPUs, I rather invest in those. Everyone here who invest in Reits with focus on datacenter pls DYOD in data center tech. Don't get catch off guard.

Maybank Kim Eng is among the pessimists.
“We continue to see headwinds for leasing out vacancies and at pressured rents, given tenant downsizing risk, especially by financial institution tenants, amid increasing [work from home] entrenchment,” Maybank KE analyst Chua Su Tye writes in a note dated July 28.


Maybank KE has kept its “sell” call for the REIT with an unchanged target price of 95 cents.

instead from kep DC reit, perhaps can look at those with a more diversified portfolio like Areit or MINT.

Not fair, comparing completely different assets classes. SG REITs v/s global reits. Also comparison is for only 1 year, which is like to too short to evaluate anything. Disappointed that Endowus has to resort to this.
