& i hope u r not surprised we have Green Reits too for u to invest

this is on S-reits only, not for discussing bonds or ESG

War, US 10 Yr Yield, interest rate will affect REITs. This is not the first time in history. REITs will be affected, price will drop lower but if you are investing for long term, nothing to worry. Price drop lower, average down.
I brought MLT in mid Feb. @1.75, good price. TTM 4.82% dividend, yummy.
