Vested in FCT too! Used to own CMT but more malls doesn't mean high profits. That's why i sold CMT then got FCT instead.

Question on SGX annual statement

Hi all,

I just received my annual statement from SGX in snail mail.

For Reits, my distributions from Jan to Feb are missing. I know they are missing by comparing against what I received in my bank.

Examples of missing distributions: Suntec (Feb 28), CCT (Feb 28), CMT (28 jan and 28 feb).

This only applies to Reit distributions. Shares dividends are ok. I see my Singtel Jan 17 dividends on the statement.

Question: where are these missing distributions reflected?

I prefer to update my tracking spreadsheet just once a year based on the annual statement rather than check my bank account every month. But it seems like the annual statement is inaccurate.

Thanks.

Checked my pages. They are numbered correctly.

Page 1 to 3 are shares dividends. Page 4 onwards shows REIT distributions. And the very earliest (first) entry is for April. Nothing from Jan to March.

I'll contact CDP to find out why this is happening.

Just a mall in Bedok will tells CMT or FCT is better? :s11::s11:

Bedok Point contribute "only" 6.5% to overall FCT portfolio (Causeway Point ~48%, Northpoint ~31%). Also, Changi City Point and The Centrepoint are in the pipeline for FCT :)

Nevertheless, I hope FCT's DPU continue to grow, and translate to higher DY% :D

** Vested in FCT

Hahas not really 100% but maybe will get affected?

if say u got malls with no vendors u no rent to collect = ur profits down?

Cambridge REIT CEO resigned. Not sure how it'll affect the REIT in the long run. Could it be due to the performance fee that he tried to push for, but was rejected by shareholders? Or in other words, not enough salary?
