Even me retired liao also not scared…js buy more under 80cts whahaha
10years later drop to 70cts i think im OK also as long it pays me 5% every yr.

Maybe AI took over the world and we all only need some warehse factories to function…..rest of us just engage socially via Vr headset and rely on robots for daily task? Lolol

if thats the case, residential sector is the only best real estate to own liao?
