Compared to FCT reit, Lendlease is sampan

Sreits index is still 25% down compare to 5 years ago,,

REITS are now buy of the lifetime even though CLR has risen >5% for the past month as gap for dividend vs SORA/T-Bill/SSG are increasing wider everyday.

Months ago I boughy and many wants to put in simi fixed D, SSB, Tbills and Bonds. Now I think still not expensive but you buy now much you help the market makes money.

2035 about there. If a new pandemic hits. Ok, jokes aside. If recession hits and interest drops to 0%, I think REITs also game over. Another wave to pick up REITs. But if inflation tames down and REITs enjoy low interest, then huat big big.

Buying during covid until now is no brainer. For that 3-4 years enjoy 5-6% dividend and now machiam gain 20% in value. lol! Go where find. Free money making machine like I said.

Those who parked in tbill, SSB, fixed D missed the boat for REITs rally, miss property rally, miss all time high stock rally and miss gold and crypto all time high. In exchange, they had 4 years of “perceived” good sleep because they know their money is 100% chop safe. My wife all in stocks and REITs and she slept like a baby throughout that 4 years also.
