Urmm.. Hi guys! :s12:

Just like to gather some ideas. Anyone has any opinion on Far East Hospitalities Trust?

noticed that it's metrics is pretty attractive. Below NAV, yield of more than 7.5% and gearing of only about 32%!:s11::s11::s11:

Lol

But it's Singapore property. Probably less than 99 yrs lease left. Have to check. And also their location.

Putting all eggs in sg. U must be confident in sg tourism

Other hospitality reits diversified to other countries like Australia, China, Japan and the Western countries. See if you like pure sg anot.

Then again it's a reits of less than 5 yrs. I usually look at reits that is at least 5 yrs old.

ah paul mentioned long time ago about FEHT business aspect as more of a business trust than REIT.
if you're hungry for yield then this is the counter for you but if you expect some capital appreciation then perhaps you might want to look at other reits.

FEHT i feel is still a buy. Also adding small amounts to my portfolio. $0.65 is a fair price. My previous target, ACV I had been accumulating from $0.75 to $0.785. Now crossed $0.80, have stopped buying.
