I am buying World ETF tonight, so I am 'allowed' to spend money on some REITs. Bought HMN / ART at $0.90, because cannot get more FLCT at 0.99. :ROFLMAO:

After buying HMN this morning, I bought VUSD tonight.

S-Reits look undervalued while S&P500 looks expensive. By buying in pairs (everytime buy S-REIT I buy VUSD or VWRD), I get some diversification and I can do a performance check at end of the year which one performed better 😅

This is crazy.

I bought reits 2-3 years ago while many bought recently or last year. I am in red while many are in green.

Many bought China (or HK) stocks 2-3 years ago while i bought over last few months. I am in green while many in red.
Y going to be rich ..

All Capland, Mapletree and Keppel related reits have performed poorly...

Any thought of CLR vs CFA going forward with rate cuts?

May need to hold longer than expected.
Can consider to be part of your portfolio if you do not have any reits now.

Rate cuts do not immediately gives positive impact to their financials (although market can react positively) because they are still paying the higher interests till the next refinancing. Not forgetting other economic factors.

DYDD.

Whether the positive impact is immediate depends on the level of hedging they have for their banks' loans. Bonds are fixed-rate, but banks' loans are floating and pegged to benchmark rates like SORA.

Doing stock take of my Reits accumulation since late last year till today Vesak Day. Left three blue chip to land. Very strong institution support it seems as price stay at some range.
CapLand Ascendas
Keppel DC
Parkway Life

Yes I land Frasers Centerpoint recently not waiting for their 52 week low liao. Close to is enough.

With reits prices at lows, maybe etf reits is a better choice instead of stock picking.
