General S-REITs Discussion Thread

Was thinking whether to buy now or wait. Wanna share why u buy now when u are already expecting it to drop more?I bought some more REITs today as prices continue to drop... I am trying to catch a falling knife and getting cut while doing so.
In the next 6 months, it may or may not drop more. short term price movements are unpredictable.
from a valuation perspective, some REITs appear to have reasonable valuations so I believe that on a 3 year timeframe, I will be in the green. so i will buy a little bit each month. Can also consider it rebalancing since my other stocks have gone up in price more, buying some REITs will help to restore the balance.
