pros here
can advise me some counters to look at?
i understand that for industries there are the following- retail malls, office buildings, industrial warehouses, healthcare

i am currently vested in areit and cmt and sphreit as it has the highest rating, but small small only .
areit to me has mny different type of properties so its good .

i am interested in office buildings and retail malls and medicine(for that i think i will aim plife)

my aims: im really just looking for stability, lower yield nevermind, as long as >=6% , im good.

perhaps name a few that warrents a closer look upon those requirements?

i also welcome general advice

also whats the diff between a reit and a trust ah?

Since u have industrial and retail covered. I would suggest adding healthcare REIT - PLife

You can consider FCT and the Mapletree family of REITs.

Any views on this?

"Private equity investors Blackstone Group LP and Gaw Capital Partners are weighing separate bids for Singapore's Ascendas Hospitality Trust, people familiar with the matter said, eyeing a target with a market value of US$600 million (S$861 million)."

Thks

If real, then vested parties huat.
Actually can tell abit one, if the counter keep moving up while market is down, something is going on behind the scene.

I like retail Reits. got CMT, looking at FCT and CRCT. got CCT for office

Will look at Hk for other Retail Riets.

Interested in Plife but is overvalued, better opportunities else where. CCT, FCT, CRCT still under book value

I think I am too overweight on retail reits. CMT and MCT dominated my portfolio.

Any Pro can advise for health care reits, what is the PLife price not consider overvalued? what is the NAV?

Sent from the research lab without using GAGT

Anyone got both CMT and FCT? Im currently holding CMT, thinking of either FCT as well. Really like the FCT's stability, cwp and north point. Would it redundant to get both and focus on 1 instead?

Thanks in advance. Still learning

got CMT and nibble some FCT. Their growing NPI and good gearing is very tempting to me haha

but only their 3 of their 6 are big mall and making bulk of the profit

I also want to ask the seasoned reits holders, how come reits not moving down with market?
Is it money flowing into reits because it is safer, or ?

Because the gradual rise in Int Rates has been factored into the price of Reits a long time ago.

So when the announcement was made, it didn't send shockwaves.

Rather since the economy is looking so gloomy now, the fed might delay the rise in interest rates again, who knows, Reits might be buoyed then.
