Apple Store SG has been closed for months....no news when they will reopen in Phase 2 if at all

QCD and Alab are ur only options now for official servicing

Personally, I don't feel it is worthwhile to replace your iPhone XS's battery for $99 at Apple Store. If you have confident in repairing it yourself, go taobao buy an Original Battery at $15 and perform DIY replacement yourself.

Bad experience for battery purchase through online store seller in China using these popular platforms.
First purchase battery start to discharge quickly after 4 months usage.
Try the luck again order another one from different seller but turn out the battery bloated after 6 months.
Maybe I am not lucky or QC issues.
In the end, go apple store to replace the battery.
So far so good, after one year plus usage the battery health drop to 89%.
Saving not much when factor in the durability battery life and the hazard of fire when charging.
Just for sharing my purchase experience.

Why want to replace battery? I also using xs now 82% battery 21 months old. But I waiting for the new iPhone

Not worth saving money going for third party battery. Change screen, change charging port or anything else third party ok, but battery can blow up in your hands. Just ask Samsung.

Sorry I can't answer for this.

Haven't used QCD or ALAB services at all.
