Yes, that is the best rotation but personally i use Bennett before Xilonen, to catch the Mavuika's particles because my Bennett not enough ER. Shorter Bennett buff window though. As long as Mavuika burst can melt/vape, I'm happy.

I giving up on HSR, too money grabby liao. Genshin I have 4yrs of fountain(Character) to play around if facing issues (Noelle or Naida) HSR, once face issues really headache.
