The Dev will copy the system from Honkai Star Rail where you press a button the program will recommend and equip the best potential artifacts from your pool of available artifacts. However, it will not snatch artifacts from other equipped characters.

Not the artifact loadouts most players want, that we can saved our choice and snatch them from any characters when we load the selection.

Hmm, i go see the real article, but there is option to select whether to include already equipped artifacts for "custom loadout" button.

Only "quick loadout" will ignore equipped artifacts.
