Yes, her kit is very weird and lacking now. Also not sure why her burst need on-field time to deal dmg. Where will she get enough damage to worth using that. But she got give team wide buff to off-field DPS, around 1000+ flat atk for 10 attacks.

Arlecchino burst self heal almost full bar. her burst like only used for emergency healing. most of time just using skill & NA

I used Arlecchino for two days, I will say she’s a very good damage dealer, a unit that can do damage and heal herself with the bond of life mechanic, the first of its kind. But the downside is that she is quite squishy and cannot be healed by teammates, even if u have her C1, it increases the interruption resistance but not decrease damage taken.
I believe most DPS have the same problem, u have Hutao, yoimia, childe, Xiao, alhathium, lyney etc. but these traditional DPS can use healers, when it come to Arle, only shielders can help her defensively. As such, the value of professional healers like Kokomi, Baizhu etc drops significantly while shielders like Zhongli, Layla, Kiara, Thoma etc. are highly sort after the release of Arlecchino.

If I am a brand new newbie I will pull for Arlecchino, her DPS ceiling is really high and a brand new, specially tailored artifact set for her, she can fly, cook.

For abyss I used Arlecchino+Kazuha+thoma and Nahida, Barbara, XingQiu, Gaming. I cleared from 7-1 all the way to 10-2 and I am AR35 with crappy artifacts. 10-3 got two OP ruin guards that I only manage to get to half health before dying.

Can bench hutao forever liao. Dislike her Charge attack playstyle, hard to use on phone and when on PC will keep charging everywhere

Have another new set to farm prob for Clorinde n Sigwinne

Don't go full all in (use resin) on farming artifact yet. Clorinde best set might be echoes of an offering if your team support gives a lot of dmg %. Because Clorinde can do 39 normal attacks during her E state (need good ping). And the echo set is old artifact that can be exchanged at strongbox.
