For a new player with only arle and yelan, is kazuha or raiden shogun a better pull?
I do not have any of the international 4 stars except for Xiangling

Some cc still recommend to get C0 Kazuha because of grouping ability and Xilonen can be played at 2nd team.
Raiden not recommended.

Raiden and Kazuha are super strong

Raiden Q attack is instant gg for mobs

I would get both if possible
