Skip what? Mavuika? or Sig? If using Mavuika as sub dps, then sig not as important as sub dps usually is not the largest portion of team dmg. And although totally no info, i think the next fishing weapon should be claymore suited for Mavuika. Might lower the gap.

C0 Mavuika around same as C0 Arlecchino. So C3 arlecchino surely better. Mavuika still in beta, not finalized so better wait 2 more weeks.
