The old casino area at FWH replaced by which shops?
Alot of changes till i cant recognize...

Indoor theme park gone, Burger king gone.

Yup, tat's their policy
the free room is only for weekdays offpeak period ...
sometimes managed to get on Mon to Tue ...

One member only entitle to one free room per month ...

hmm i think i averagely get 2 nights per month.. and on birthday month they give me the world club room..

Actually, they give free nights depending on your Card Status (Classic, Silver, Gold, GoldPlus, Platinum) + Gaming Activity (Cash only, NN and Promo Package not included).

On average, Genting allocate the following nights per Month, during Non-Peak seasons (non-Sch Holiday [SG and MY sch holidays]/Long weekend [e.g. CNY, Christmas, etc.]).

Classic/Silver: 1-2 Nights
Gold: 3 Nights
GoldPlus: 4 Nights
Platinum: 5 Nights

They have a complicated algorithm that awards extra complimentary nights based on the gaming activity in N-2 Months (e.g. August complimentary night is given based on June activity).

Saturday are normally blocked for Gold and below status due to Weekends (KL people usually go up to Genting on Sat and stay one night - making it a peak day). However, GoldPlus and Platinum members may have chance in booking them for free via their Marketing Host.

ETG = Electronic Table Game

Play Rapid Baccarat, Roulette, Sicbo at the Machine (not to be confused with FSG [Tablet games]).

They very stingy in giving out birthday comps now.
