Unfortunately the travel agent is correct. Booking is not transferable.

Genting is safe. KL is something else. I would not go out at night. Taxi, the local don't take. Taxis look out for foreigners, rip them off for much as they can get away with. Beware of the snatch thief, no handbag. Street crime sometimes seem to come out off nowhere. The local main concern is safety and security even for their own home.

I was wondering about this myself. Do tell us.
Either you are a very high roller or guest of one. Super peak are normally not available except to the junkets as a reward from Genting for year round business.
